PDFexport for [[doku>dokuwiki|Dokuwiki]]

The last working version of pdfex is available here: {{:comp:pdfex.tar.gz|}} and (since 2013-02-25) on https://github.com/wernerflamme/pdfex.

I do not plan to update the plugin due to real-world-work-caused time problems :-(
